Yeah, so you've probably been so used to being in your head and that's sort of masked everything that's actually happening within.
That's kind of dropped away because you've been doing some inner work, and now you're feeling what's actually there.
Then, when you're living with your family there's gonna be a lot more, because a lot of their programming is in you, and you're changing and trying to heal.
All of your patterning is rubbing and it brings it to the surface. It can get very uncomfortable. So you have to double up.
“You have to work twice as hard at energy hygiene.”
I heard about energetic hygiene years ago, before I got into this properly.
“I didn’t realize I was energy sensitive, so the world was kicking me around and I didn’t know what was going on.”
I just thought I was weird, I didn't know what was happening.
There was no one around to tell me any of this. It's much easier these days.
I had had a knee operation, and this lady was helping me straighten it up, an osteopath here. She put me onto an energy school, a system, and said:
“You know, if people just understood the importance of energy hygiene the world would change.”
It was something like that...
This lady was switched on, she was probably the best healer around that I knew of. I thought "Wow, that's a big statement, what does she mean?"
It sort of started a process for me to work out what that meant.
