These meditations will help guide you to drop from the mind & into the heart and full habitation of your body.

This can allow you to experience a deeper, more expansive reality than the limited version that we are confined to when all our attention is trapped in looping thoughts. 

They will share powerful and healing breathing techniques, including Kundalini breath ROhan discovered directly upon spiritual awakening.

It will help you clear the energy body and bring your attention from past or future contemplations, into presence

Once presence is found, silence can follow, and the sessions will end in silence.

As a child, and a teenager, Ashar was introverted and soft-spoken. He loved to read and to learn, and whether from rowing or cross country running, also enjoyed the sense of community and challenge he found in sport.

However, as he developed into a young adult, he began to notice something was missing. He realised he had been taught through school and society how to be a “good boy,” but not what it meant to be free.

It was only later in life, after graduating in pure mathematics and computer science, beginning meditation, attending Vipassana meditation retreats, training up in hypnotherapy, and finally in beginning Satsang with Rohan, that he began to find the true peace of silence and stillness that he felt was missing all those years earlier.

From experiencing the impact that valuing silence has had in his own life, and the flow-on effect of that, he wishes to share the meditation techniques proven and discovered by Rohan to be the most effective, and that have helped him with finding stillness within so that others can also find this natural state of rest within.
